Our venue has 7 rentable spaces along with a museum/library full of historical Masonic memorabilia. Having multiple floors to rent make the Wisconsin Masonic Center the perfect one stop shop for any type of event. We also have onsite catering, onsite parking, Wi-Fi, seasoned event staff, and more. Your guests will be in awe of our Grand Foyer, large theatre, and art deco style decor throughout the building. We are also home to the Madison Children’s Dyslexia Center and Harlem Renaissance of Madison group.

Madison Children’s Dyslexia Center
The Madison Children’s Dyslexia Center is housed at the Wisconsin Masonic Center and sponsored by Madison’s Scottish Rite of Masonry. The Dyslexic Center assists students who are affected by the learning disorder dyslexia. Their wonderful staff helps multiple students grow and learn throughout the school year.
Harlem Renaissance Madison
The mission of the Harlem Renaissance Museum is to act as a bridge between the rich artistic heritage of the Harlem Renaissance, one of America’s most creative movements, as embodied in its live and visual exhibits, and the unique experience of each visitor. Dedicated to the education and enjoyment of its visitors, the reinvigoration of interest in the music, art and culture of the Harlem Renaissance, and drawing on both new and traditional tools of communication, interpretation, and presentation, the Museum aims to serve its diverse public as a dynamic, innovative, and welcoming center for learning through the visual and performing arts. The Grand Ballroom
The Grand Ballroom is a perfect setting for wedding receptions, banquets, fundraisers, Christmas parties, live music, or trade shows. Guests will be surrounded by ivory colored pillars and terrazzo marble floors. A two-tiered stage is available for presentations, head tables, or live entertainment. The ballroom can accommodate a range of activities from a small reception of 100 to a sit-down dinner for up to 450 guests. The ballroom can host up to 700 cocktail reception styles.
The John Catlin Room
The John Catlin Room has a functional fireplace and antique furnishings. It is an elegant setting for casual, relaxed conversation and provides an ideal location for groups to meet before concerts or meetings. This room is perfect for your next cocktail hour for up to 200 guests.
The Grand Foyer on Wisconsin Avenue
Our Grand Foyer on Wisconsin Avenue will leave your guests breathless with the beautiful Terrazzo flooring, antique wood fixtures, and sparkling chandelier.
Masonic Auditorium
The Masonic Auditorium is a true gem located downtown Madison Wisconsin. This impressive facility provides a grand setting for live performances or presentations for up to 1000 guests. Complete with its original acoustics, fixtures, and a proscenium stage, the majestic ambiance of this room is breathtaking. Our Auditorium provides an excellent presentation environment and will certainly call attention to your creative planning skills.
Also housed in the Auditorium is our Wangerin Organ (1926, Opus 387), the 3rd oldest Wangerin pipe organ in the state of Wisconsin.

Ladies Lounge
Our Ladies Lounge is the perfect space to relax, chat, and get glammed up before your big day. Equipped with its own restroom, lounging couches, beauty mirror wall, and bright interior this room is perfect to have the salon come to you.
Small Dining Room
Our Small Dining Room is a great space for small luncheons, break out area, or small meetings. This dining room can seat up to 80 guests for an intimate or casual meal.
Lodge Room 1
Lodge Room 1 is great space for presentations, break out space, small wedding ceremonies, and small theatrical performances. This beautiful regal room can seat between 170 – 270 guests.
Lodge Room 2
Lodge Room 2 is great space for presentations, break out space, small wedding ceremonies, and a green room for theatrical performances in the Auditorium. This beautiful ivory colored room can seat between 250 – 350 guests.
Small Conference Room
The Small Conference Room is perfect for a breakout space, small group meetings, and small presentations. The Small Conference Room can seat between 25 and 65 comfortably.
Monteith Library: Robert Monteith Masonic Library and Museum
Housed in the Wisconsin Masonic Center is the Robert Monteith Masonic Library and Museum. This educational resource and impressive collection of historical Masonic memorabilia is open to the public from 9am to 4pm weekdays and can be visited at other times by request.
